Proteane Software is a fully
functional, WindowsTM Vista, 98, 2000/XP, ME and NT based software
control for the PE-Series amplifiers and option modules and Protea line
of Digital Signal Processors. To install Proteane Software, download the Protea Software Suite from this page. It is a self-extracting file, and depending on which option you choose during the installation process will will install Proteane (ver. 3.1) and Protea System Software (ver. 6.5). Proteane requires Microsoft .NET Framework to be installed on your PC. If you do not have .NET Framework installed, a prompt will appear with download and installation instructions. |
| Proteane Software
will allow you to set up, control and monitor an audio system that has one
or more of Ashly's PE Series amplifiers, Proteane DSP Option
Modules and Protea signal processors. Proteane gives you access to many features, including: input attenuation, channel mute, channel polarity, input level, output voltage, output current, clipping, temperature, and power on/off for PE-Series amplifiers. It also allows you to set up and control all DSP functions for the Proteane DSP-1, DSP-2 and CobraNet Option modules.
